Can just recommend for a weekend rest

Outdated furniture in units needs immediate attention!!! WiFi connectivity issues made streaming a nightmare for me!!! BBQ facilities lacked maintenance and efficiency, leaving us to finish cooking inside!!! Communication from management requires improvement!!!

Had a fantastic time with friends at this cozy spot just steps from the beach! Grabbed bikes for some fun on the shore, enjoyed the outdoor pool, and hit up local spots for amazing food. We also took a day to explore Ventura County, which was a blast.

While the stay was great overall, we ran into a hiccup when the mid-week cleaning didn’t happen, and getting hold of the building manager was tricky.

Easy access to the beach and a cozy atmosphere!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the breathtaking views of the Channel Islands and soaking up the sun just steps from our unit. The condo was spacious and charming, featuring a cozy fireplace that added warmth during our cooler evenings. The outdoor pool was among the cleanest we've experienced, making it a delightful spot for the family. One thing that could be improved is the maintenance of the BBQ facilities for a more enjoyable grilling experience.

Flat-screen TV was great for family movie nights, but kitchen utensils could be improved.

However, had a bit of trouble with the BBQ facilities needing more maintenance. the fire was lacking heat and we ended up using the stove inside to finish cooking. Communication with the building manager fell short. tried reaching out a couple of times but got no response. It's also not the best spot for accessing Disneyland, with a long drive in heavy traffic. Despite these issues, we still made great memories and had a decent week-long stay here.

Scheduling vacations here has never been easier, with great communication from the staff ensuring all needs were met. The beachfront location provides stunning views and a pristine beach, perfect for relaxation. However, there were a few maintenance oversights, particularly with the outdoor BBQ facilities that were not up to par. Some amenities in the unit felt dated, detracting from the overall experience.

we had a wonderful family vacation at mandalay shores resort. it's just steps from the beach, and we loved hearing the waves at night. the staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable.

the kitchen could use an upgrade.
